What is eVault?
eVault is Concord's specialty finance and capital markets document custody platform. It securely stores, verifies, and transfers authoritative loan and lease documents across the portfolio lifecycle. It supports all consumer and commercial asset classes, such as automotive, residential, solar, fintech, and educational programs.

What eVault does
- Single authoritative copy: Every document is cryptographically verified and maintained as the one true version across its lifecycle. Users never encounter fragmented files or version confusion.
- Immutable chain of custody: Every access, action, and update is recorded in an unalterable audit trail. Document history follows the asset across every system and organization.
- Bulk ingestion: eVault can ingest and process tens of thousands of documents in a single workflow, keeping every file organized and accounted for from the moment it lands in your vault.
- Secure vault-to-vault transfers: Users can transfer documents to partner organizations through a formal, verifiable process. This process preserves full provenance and confirms change of ownership.
- Audit-ready by design: Every action generates a complete, structured audit trail. This audit trail supports UETA, ESIGN, and UCC 9-105 compliance.
