Signing-in to eVault

There are two ways to sign in to eVault. The method depends on how your organization is set up. Your administrator will tell you which method your organization uses.

Option 1: Single sign-on (SSO)

If your organization uses Microsoft for email and other tools, you can sign in with your existing work account. You do not need a separate eVault password.

  1. Go to your eVault URL, which your administrator provides.
  2. Select SSO on the sign-in screen.
  3. Sign in with your Microsoft credentials.
  4. You are now signed in.

SSO is the recommended sign-in method for most organizations. Contact your administrator if you are unsure whether your organization uses SSO.

Option 2: Email and password

If your organization uses email and password sign-in, follow these steps.

  1. Go to your eVault URL.
  2. Enter your email address and password, then select Continue.

  1. Check your email for a two-factor verification code.
  2. Enter the code on the verification screen and select Verify.
  3. You are now signed in.

Forgot your password?

  1. Select Forgot password on the sign-in screen.

  1. Enter your email address.
  2. Check your inbox for a reset link.
  3. Select the link and create a new password.

Can't sign in?

If you are having trouble signing in, check the following items before you contact your administrator.

Your profile

After you sign in, you can view and update your profile at any time.

  1. Select your name or avatar in the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. Update your display name or contact details.
  3. Select Sign out when you are done.

The first time you sign in, or when terms are updated, you may be required to accept the terms of use before accessing the platform.

Next: eVault Layout. Once you are signed in, get oriented to the four main sections you will move between every day. Continue with eVault Layout.
